Voyager's End is born out of blinding hope for the future despite an acceleration towards climate disaster.

Compounding kindness and cooperation is the only way we will ever follow the Voyagers out into the universe. When people are pushed to survive alone, they naturally lack the space to be kind. And so kindness seems as invisible as the comets we are able to see, flaring up under pressure and eventually dying to it, too.

In all of this, outer space does not represent opportunity, nor is it a colony. Cautious curiosity is the mindset with which we launched the Voyager missions.

It is time we amended our colonial/capitalist outlook of space with this perspective: it is an entirely uncaring web of curiosities to learn from, and learn from, and then some more. A space to compound our curiosity, year upon year, century upon century. But no more.
